Our Standard Turnover Service Includes: - Full clean of all rooms: kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and hallway - Bed making with fresh linen (provided on-site or handled through laundry service) - Surface dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, and mopping - Kitchen sanitising: countertops, appliance exteriors, sink, hob - Bathroom sanitising: sink, toilet, shower/bath, mirror - Rubbish removal and bin relining - Light staging for guest presentation (pillows, throws, towels, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling for all our clients: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. - Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable and the full service fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
